Shades of Spring: Interiors

Spring brings new beginnings, including the first Valleys Life Wedding List. Stereophonics bassist Richard Jones and his wife Gail show us their new kitchen, Room For Living in Cowbridge marks ten years, and chef Matt Powell shares his slow braised oxtail.

On the cover

Spring is when we turn our attention to our homes, so the cover went to Solar Sunshades, a blind company that has been going for more than thirty years with a factory and showroom in Bridgend. Managing director Huw Davies tells us about the new Inspirations range launched on 1 March, and why he would rather Solar be known for quality, service and child safety than for being the cheapest.
